Kadavu proudly presents Checkmate 2025, a community chess tournament bringing together young minds and seasoned players for a day of strategy, skill, and camaraderie. Set against the backdrop of a medieval-themed battle, this event is more than just a game — it’s an experience where every move matters.

🏆 Who Can Participate?

• Ages: Players ages 5 and above, up to 18 years (as of Sept 1, 2025)
• Eligibility: Kadavu Members & Non-Members are welcome

• Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025
• Check-in: 09:30 AM
• First Round: 10:30 AM
• Venue: 1 Scouting Way, Exton, PA 19341
• Capacity: Limited to 75 players (first come, first served)

📋 Player Requirements

• Players are encouraged to bring their own chess equipment (board, clock, score sheet, etc.) to ensure a smoother experience. Limited sets will be available on-site.
• A valid photo ID is required at check-in
