Kadavu in Community Making a difference in the community we live in, as well as in the communities where we grew up, through care, support and collaboration is one of the key tenets of Kadavu organization. By involving our active youth members in various citizenship engagements, we raise empowered and socially responsible future leaders who can shape a brighter tomorrow for all of us! We make a better world when all of us work towards a just and equitable society. Together, we can make a difference ! WE CARE

Since our founding in 2018, we understand the importance of giving back to the community. When we help people, we are also gaining an understanding of each other and a sense of human compassion. At Kadavu, we leverage every opportunity to help people in several ways. Few examples are below: As an effort to help Kerala Flood victims, Kadavu donated 3 houses, They are built in association with the Federation of Malayalee Associations of Americas (FOMAA), for families who were living in tents in the land distributed by the government under the zero landless scheme. The keys of houses, built for Rs 7 lakh each, were handed over to the families during 2019. We ran several campaigns for donations for the Social Cause activities and care for the community. We remember visionary leaders, promote good causes and important occasions by doing our little part through our Facebook page and newsletters. We have engaged in Volunteering activities at least once in every quarter. During 2019 itself we have engaged in 4 volunteering activities.
