Race Details

Exton Park Trailhead at CVT

Starting location map pin

  • Distance: Run or walk 5K (3.1 miles) . 
  • Date: Saturday, April 20, 2024, 8:30 AM ET and11:00 AM ET, Participant can run at their own pace during this window
  • Where: Chester Valley Trail, Chester County’s Exton Park Site – 132 Church Farm Lane, Exton
  • Registration: $25 Adults, $15 under 18
  • Day of event signup: Available at the same price $25 Adult; $15 under 18 yrs.
  • Day of event packet pickup: Yes, there will be packet pickup available on the day of the event for those who have registered but have not picked up their race bibs and t-shirts yet. Please arrive early.
  • IMPORTANT: To keep the costs down, we are NOT using chip timing. The top runners will be manually timed.
  • TOP FINISHER: Gift cards from sponsors for the top male and top female finisher (All age groups combined)
  • FINISH LINE CELEBRATION: Please make sure you wear your bib to the event. There are several raffle prizes to be won – including gift baskets and gift cards from local businesses. We’ll be using the bib number for the raffle. You need to be present to win.

GUIDELINES

  • Safety first. Please follow your doctor’s advice prior to any rigorous physical activity. Stay safe while attending the event.
  • All participants registered before the date 4/10/2024 will receive a T-shirt as a souvenir. T-shirts will be available for pick up near Exton, PA. There will be no shipping. Details of pick up time and location will be shared with the registered participants.
  • On the day of the event, you can run or walk a distance of 5k (3.1 miles) at your own pace. For kids, the activity may be limited to 1 k (10-minute activity). 
  • Volunteers will be helping to navigate the run and distance marking will be available on the trail.
  • There will be awards presented to top finishers. Everyone’s a winner!!

General Liability

Participant assumes full responsibility and assumes all risks. The participant will not hold Kerala Association of Delaware valley or its office bearers, event directors and agents responsible for any accident/injuries and property damages suffered before, during or after the event or eventuality arising out of his/her participation in this event. By participating in the event, the participant agrees to waivers, all terms and conditions and agrees to abide by all the rules of the event.
