Kerala Association of Delaware Valley, KADAVU, may use the photograph/video from KADAVU organized events in publications and other social media produced, for educational, promotional, marketing or other purposes, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, magazines, websites, etc. A person attending a KADAVU event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact KADAVU at events.kadavu@gmail.com in writing of his/her wishes and include a photograph within a reasonable amount of time prior to the event. KADAVU will use the photograph and do the best attempt to identify the individual and will hold it in confidence. KADAVU will not be responsible for the distribution of photos and videos taken by any other attendees from the event.
